Chili Cook-Off

Come check out our second annual chili cooking competition!  The competition is among our members, and the prize is an opportunity to represent the Agawam Bowmen Club during the annual Shriner's chili cook-off at the Melha Temple.

As is custom during the annual Shriner's chili cook-off, there are no rules as to how to make your chili.  Meat or meatless, rice, beans, pasta, taters, anything goes.  Cheese, onions, peppers and any other embellishments or condiments are allowed too.

We're inviting our extended family and friends to come out Sunday, October 8th from 12-4pm, and see what's cookin'!  For a small donation of just $5, you earn the right to judge our wares and decide who takes home the golden trophy opportunity*.

Please understand we're still fine-tuning this event.  If all goes well, you can plan on seeing a bigger and better competition every year.  We hope to include raffles, music, and maybe even prizes for King or Queen Chili in the future.

Come out.  Check it out.  Tell us what you think!  All proceeds benefit a GREAT cause!
