The Agawam Bowmen Club is a private non-profit archery club located at 309 Feeding Hills Road in Southwick, Massachusetts. The club was incorporated in 1963, and has continued to flourish for the past five decades.

The Agawam Bowmen club is the oldest archery only club in Western Massachusetts. Officially, the club began in 1961, founded by William Chiba, a local sportsman and U.S. mailman.  We continue to pursue Mr. Chiba’s dream for the club by not only promoting family archery, but continuing to support education in the art of archery.

Our property extends over fifty acres of mixed hardwoods and pines, and abuts Calabrese farms to the west. The Metacomet Monadnock trail also runs along side our property, making for some very nice Spring and Summer hikes, and plenty of wildlife.

We regularly host public 3-d archery tournaments in association with the Pioneer Valley Bowhunters League.

For members that want to practice or tune their bows, we offer a 24 hour, lighted outdoor practice range with drive-up access.

Archery lessons and demonstrations from certified instructors are available upon request.

We host several fundraising events throughout the year including our annual pig roast, zombie themed 3-d shoot, and a chili cook-off competition.
